The Club's full array of amenities and services is centered around families, sports and the equestrian lifestyle found only in Wellington. We serve a vibrant community of over 600 member families in areas ranging from golf, racquet, and swimming to childcare, events, and dining.
JOB SUMMARY
This role serves as the central communication hub of the Club, owning the flow of information, Member inquiries, and front desk operations. Maintains a polished, organized, and highly functional front desk environment that supports seamless Club operations.
Requirements
Front Desk Operations:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming calls and in-person inquiries. Answer and route calls efficiently, ensuring no request is dropped or delayed. Personally handle, or coordinate with the appropriate department, all reservations and inquiries related to Dining, Events, Fitness, Racquets, Kids, and Golf. Maintain clear, accurate communication across departments to ensure follow-through.
Member Services:
• Welcome Members and guests at the front desk and provide accurate, up-to-date information on all Club offerings, events, and operations. Manage all guest check-ins, including creation of guest passes. Serve as a reliable, knowledgeable, proactive resource for Members at all times.
Administrative Support:
• Maintain accurate and timely data entry across Club systems. Produce daily Morning and Evening Dashboard reports. Keep front desk and office supply areas organized and fully stocked. Manage printer supplies and coordinate service/repairs as needed.
Membership Support:
• Maintain accurate Member records across Jonas, SevenRooms, and HubSpot. Organize and manage Member files (digital and physical).
Food & Beverage Support:

Adaptability:
• This is often a sedentary role but requires standing or walking frequently to assist Members.
• The role often requires flexibility, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate Club hours.
