Job description

Job Description Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, this position is responsible for implementing and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards for both technical and non-technical users. The Power BI Dashboard Developer works closely with stakeholders to define KPIs and translate business requirements into clear, actionable visualizations, while documenting logic and processes to ensure long-term sustainability. Responsibilities + Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboard for use by both technical and non-technical audiences.

+ Connect to diverse data sources (SQL Server, Excel, cloud databases) + Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, define KPIs, and translate them into meaningful visualizations. + Document logic and processes for long-term maintainability. + Other duties that are pertinent to the department's success also may be assigned.

+ This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications + High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Bachelor's degree or pursuing degree in IT, Business, or directly related preferred.

+ Experience building and publishing Power BI dashboards. + Skills in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling best practices. + Experience integrating multiple data sources.

+ Able to make dashboards not just functional but intuitive and engaging. + Communication skills to bridge the gap between data and decision-makers. Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of managers, clients or employees of organization. Math Ability: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as fractions, proportions, and percentages.

Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Word, word processing software, and MS Excel spreadsheet software. Certificates and Licenses: No certifications required. Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
