Job Summary
 
We are seeking an experienced BI Dashboard Developer with 6+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining interactive business intelligence dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Power BI or Tableau, advanced SQL skills, and experience working with large enterprise datasets to deliver meaningful insights for business stakeholders.
 
Required Skills
  • 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Dashboard Development or Reporting.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (preferred) or Tableau.
  • Advanced SQL skills for querying, data analysis and performance optimization.
  • Experience developing interactive dashboards, scorecards, KPIs and executive reports.
  • Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL or MySQL.
  • Ability to optimize dashboard performance and improve report usability.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
 
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and maintain interactive BI dashboards and reports.
  • Develop executive dashboards, KPI scorecards and operational reports.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency and report performance.
  • Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide ongoing production support.
