Job description

We are seeking a Tableau Dashboard Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to transform data into actionable insights that support business decisions and track application engagement, adoption, and performance metrics.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations to support business reporting needs.
  • Create engagement and adoption dashboards to analyze application usage, device interactions, feature utilization, and performance metrics.
  • Translate business requirements into effective data visualizations and reporting solutions.
  • Work with data sources to extract, transform, and present meaningful insights.
  • Build dashboards with KPI tracking, baseline comparisons, and segmented analytics.
  • Collaborate with BI teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver reporting solutions.
  • Ensure dashboard accuracy, performance, usability, and data consistency.
  • Support enhancements, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of Tableau reports.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience developing dashboards using Tableau.
  • Experience with data visualization, reporting, and analytics concepts.
  • Proficiency in creating calculated fields, filters, parameters, and interactive dashboards.
