Job Description:

  • Technical Strategic Role.
  • SPOC at customer site, leading technical delivery for BI transformation initiative - MSTR to PowerBI
  • Collaborate and assist customer in defining strategy for report framework architecture and strategy.
  • Analyze existing MicroStrategy Reports and suggest and implement migration plan to Power BI
  • Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards, reports and dataset.
  • Design and own end-to-end BI and analytics architecture using Power BI and SQL Server
  • Define data models, semantic layers, and reporting frameworks aligned with business needs
  • Establish standards, best practices, security models, and governance for BI solutions
  • Change agent between offshore and onshore team
  • Design and optimize SQL Server databases for analytical workloads
  • Write and tune complex T-SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and functions
  • Perform performance tuning using indexing strategies and execution plan analysis
  • Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, technical discussions, and solution walkthroughs for migration from exiting MicroStrategy reporting suite to Power BI
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Manage client expectations and handle change requests effectively
