Job Summary:
RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Power BI Architect to design and implement enterprise-level Power BI solutions. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop reporting frameworks, and lead BI strategy across the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Design and architect enterprise Power BI solutions
• Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data models
• Lead BI strategy and best practices across the organization
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements
• Optimize performance, scalability, and governance of BI platforms
• Support migration and modernization initiatives, including Cognos to Power BI transitions
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to BI developers and analysts
Qualifications:
Required:
• Extensive experience in Power BI Architecture and enterprise reporting solutions
• Strong expertise in Power BI dashboards, reports, DAX, and data modeling
• Experience designing and implementing BI solutions in large-scale environments
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance
• Ability to gather requirements and work directly with business stakeholders
Preferred:
• Experience migrating reports and dashboards from Cognos to Power BI
