Job Summary:

They are seeking a Power BI Developer to design and develop dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and translating complex processes into intuitive visualizations for stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports to track end-to-end lifecycle of requests, approvals, and releases
• Build data models that consolidate information from multiple systems and departments into a unified reporting layer
• Create visualizations that clearly show status, bottlenecks, approvals, and pending actions across workflows
• Translate complex business processes into intuitive dashboards for leadership and operational teams
• Develop and maintain DAX calculations, KPIs, and metrics aligned with business logic
• Ensure data accuracy by performing validation, reconciliation, and quality checks across sources
• Implement row-level security (RLS) and governance standards for controlled data access
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand evolving requirements and adjust reporting accordingly
• Support reporting needs for audit trails, approvals history, and compliance tracking
• Enable visibility into different workflow stages such as reviews, approvals, rejections, and release readiness
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong experience with Power BI (Dashboards, DAX, Data Modeling)
• Solid understanding of SQL and data transformation techniques
• Experience building reports for process tracking, workflow monitoring, or operational analytics
• Ability to work with large and complex datasets from multiple sources
• Knowledge of data modeling concepts (Star/Snowflake schema)
