Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptionally adaptable, detail-oriented, and analytically-minded professional to serve a dual-function role: providing Executive Assistant support and Business Analysis expertise to a senior Cybersecurity Executive.

This is a high-visibility, hybrid position that requires a unique blend of administrative precision, strategic insight, and unwavering discretion. The ideal candidate can seamlessly manage complex logistics while also providing data-driven analysis to support critical security decisions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing high-level priorities, and want to be a strategic partner, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Enablement & Liaison

  • Calendar & Logistics Management: Expertly manage the executive’s complex calendar, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics across time zones and geographies.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, comprehensive briefing materials, and polished presentations for all internal and external engagements.
  • Priority Tracking: Proactively track the executive's commitments, priorities, and follow-up actions, ensuring timely execution and accountability.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the executive's primary, high-touch liaison, filtering and ensuring professional, timely communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive corporate and personal information.

Strategic Business Analysis

  • Research & Reporting: Conduct targeted research and prepare incisive reports on emerging cybersecurity trends, risks, and their business impact.
  • Performance Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and analytical models using tools like Excel/Power BI/Tableau to drive informed decision-making.
  • Financial & Program Insight: Provide data-driven insights on cybersecurity program performance, budgets, and resource allocation efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current processes and recommend scalable improvements to increase operational effectiveness.
  • Actionable Recommendations: Support key strategic initiatives by synthesizing complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for the executive.

Project & Communication Support

  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and monitor ongoing cybersecurity project activities, deliverables, and timelines to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Executive Communications: Draft and refine high-quality executive communications, board reports, and presentations for senior leadership audiences.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner effectively with IT, Risk, Compliance, and Finance teams to ensure seamless cross-functional alignment of cybersecurity priorities.
  • Risk Mitigation: Anticipate and proactively flag potential issues or risks, proposing thoughtful solutions to the executive before they escalate.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in a high-level Business Analyst, Executive Assistant, or Project Coordination role.
    • Direct experience supporting senior leaders (VP level or higher) and managing complex administrative workloads is essential.
    • A strong background in Cybersecurity or IT is highly preferred.

Core Skills

  • Advanced Analytics: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is required.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both written (for drafting executive materials) and verbal (for stakeholder management).
  • Organization: Outstanding organizational and time-management skills with the proven ability to flawlessly multitask and prioritize a demanding workload under pressure.
  • Technical Fluency: Familiarity with common cybersecurity and IT concepts is a significant advantage.

Personal Attributes

  • Proactive Partner: Proactive, resourceful, and highly dependable—a true self-starter.
  • Flexibility: Able to move seamlessly and intelligently between strategic, data-driven analysis and day-to-day administrative support.
  • Professionalism: Confident and poised in handling sensitive issues and interacting with all levels of leadership with utmost professionalism.
  • Collaborative: A natural collaborator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management instincts.
