CyberEdBoard Membership Director

CyberEdBoard is a curated, members-only ecosystem for senior cybersecurity executives, built on six pillars of value. We offer a premier private network where the world's most influential CISOs think, lead, and protect themselves.

We are looking for our founding Membership Director to drive the growth strategy and revenue engine for CyberEdBoard, focused on member acquisition and community expansion. You will leverage a variety of strategies and tactics to secure new enterprise members, targeting C-suite cybersecurity executives and senior-level security leaders across the globe.

In this strategic role, you'll partner closely with executive leadership to validate our go-to-market strategy, develop repeatable sales motions, and support initiatives that attract and retain high-value members. This role is ideal for a consultative seller who thrives in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment and is excited by the opportunity to build the commercial foundation for future sales teams to scale from.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Driving new member acquisition for CyberEdBoard, targeting and engaging with C-level cybersecurity executives around the world.
  • Developing a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and ongoing leadership challenges, to effectively position the value of CyberEdBoard.
  • Managing the full member acquisition cycle: market research, prospecting and outreach, lead nurturing, discovery conversations, solution-based pitching, negotiations, and closing.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives to attract prospective members and drive engagement across target audiences.
  • Building, strengthening, and maintaining positive relationships with existing members to identify opportunities for increased engagement and long-term value.
  • Help transition CyberEdBoard into a scalable commercial model as the business matures, growing and leading the future team.
What You Bring to the Table
  • 6-7+ years in professional sales with demonstrated success in new business development.
  • Experience selling B2B membership programs, executive community offerings, or other value-based services.
  • Strong executive presence with a proven ability to build relationships with C-level and senior technology executives.
  • Highly resourceful and analytical, experienced in leveraging a consultative, value-driven sales approach.
  • Strong outbound prospecting capability, including effective cold and warm outreach across email, social channels, events, and industry networks.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to marketing or content strategies that support member engagement and acquisition.
