Job description

LHH is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all interactions. Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues related to orders, billing, products, or services
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or internal systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics) to resolve issues efficiently
  • Provide product or service information to customers
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience
Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of customer service, call center, or administrative experience
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
