WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
As a Customer Service Representative for us, you are the first point of contact when the customer calls into the office making you the voice of our company! You get to provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. You must have a positive, friendly disposition that comes through in all your interactions by phone and in person. Your primary responsibilities will be to answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, enter purchase orders, and process invoices. There will always be a variety of office tasks that you can help with, including keeping the office clean and organized. If you can do those things and meet the following requirements, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!
  • Customer service experience AND experience in the Plumbing and HVAC fields a PLUS, but we are willing to train the right person
  • Strong computer skills
  • Fixed availability on weekdays and weekends
  • Ability to work in our office
Shift availability:
  • Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, no weekends.
