Gift Card Manufacturing Industry
 Location: Downers Grove, IL | Full-Time

Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative will serve as a key point of contact for customers and business partners, supporting gift card orders, production updates, inventory inquiries, and account-related requests. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate looking to build a career in customer service, account management, operations, or sales support.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Manage and track customer orders from production through delivery.
  • Provide updates on order status, inventory availability, shipping schedules, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Production, Operations, and Shipping teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer and order information in company systems.
