Customer Success Representative

Location: Rolling Meadows, IL

Pay Rate: $23.00- $25.00

Schedule: Monday–Friday,  8 am -5pm.| Standard Business Hours | Approximately 40 hours per week

Assignment Type: Full Time | Temp to Hire

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Customer Success Representative to join their team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in customer service, service operations, or business administration.

The Customer Success Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for incoming customer calls and emails. Responsibilities include providing order and shipment tracking updates, creating service quotes, processing Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs), and routing more complex inquiries to the appropriate team member or department.

This position offers hands-on training and the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals while developing valuable customer service and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming customer calls and emails, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Provide customers with order status and shipment tracking updates.
  • Create and process service quotes and Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) within company systems.
  • Route inquiries outside the scope of the position to the appropriate team member or department.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and RMAs using SAP, CRM, and other company systems.
  • Coordinate with the Service, Sales, and Shipping teams to help ensure customer inquiries are resolved promptly.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Service department as needed.
  • Learn and follow detailed customer service and service administration processes.
  • Participate in hands-on training while working alongside experienced team members.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone manner.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow multi-step processes accurately and consistently.
  • Ability to manage multiple incoming calls, emails, and requests while prioritizing effectively.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Comfortable learning new software systems, including SAP and CRM platforms.
  • Professional attitude, reliability, and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Previous customer service, call center, or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
