Retail Sales Customer Service Representative


WeatherTech Direct is seeking well-qualified Customer Service Representative to ensure the overall satisfaction of customers in our Bolingbrook, IL call center. Our Customer Service Representatives provide exceptional customer support and product knowledge to our customers via phone and email interactions/correspondence.

This is a great opportunity to join our growing company

  • Hourly rates starting from $22.50/hour with the ability to earn up to $50,000 plus per year through a combination of an hourly rate and earned commission!
  • Employees who demonstrate excellent performance, attitude, and punctuality have the potential to earn end of year bonuses and pay increases!


    • Tues-Fri 10AM-7PM, Sat 8AM-5PM
    • Mon-Thurs 10AM-7PM, Sun 8AM-5PM



As a Customer Service Representative, you will

  • Deliver world-class customer service
  • Communicate with customers via telephone and email to process customer orders, exchanges, and returns according to established department policies and procedures
  • Use sales skills to recommend and upsell products to customers by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Provide timely feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns
  • Work a varied schedule consisting of day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a telephone-based customer service environment
  • Be Fluent in English with clear and concise verbal and written communication skills in order to deliver effective and pleasant customer service via telephone and email
  • Possess listening skills to fully comprehend customer needs
  • Basic computer skills, required
  • Type 50 WPM, preferred
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Regularly work on a computer and focus on a screen or monitor
  • Possess excellent typing, spelling, and grammar skills
  • Have great attendance and punctuality
  • Be an excellent performer; deliver high-quality results consistently
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Be authorized to work in the United States
