When the issue is beyond the authority of the customer service coordinator, they discuss the problem with a supervisor to find an acceptable solution for the client. The primary goal of customer service coordinators is to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in retail or other customer service industry.
