Kinsmith Finance helps people in our communities solve financial challenges through responsible lending and personal service.
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work directly with customers in the branch to process loan applications, accept payments, and assist in successfully managing their accounts.
What You'll Do
  • Greet and assist customers in person and by phone
  • Process loan applications and payments
  • Answer questions about accounts and loan options
  • Work with customers to find solutions if they become past due
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Work with your team to meet branch goals
