Job description

Financial Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a Financial Customer Service Representative to join a growing team supporting Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) clients within the brokerage and financial services industry. This is an excellent opportunity to work in one of the fastest-growing segments of financial services while gaining exposure to both Broker Dealer and RIA operations.
In this role, you will support clients with brokerage account openings, account transfers, fund movements, account maintenance, and platform navigation. You will serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email, managing requests through resolution while delivering a high level of service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Broker Dealer clients with daily inquiries, issue resolution, and escalations
• Assist RIA clients with brokerage services, account support, and platform navigation
• Guide clients through processes and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful outcomes
• Take ownership of client requests from start to finish, including follow-up and escalation management
• Handle multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience within finance, brokerage operations, or financial services
• Background in brokerage securities, retail banking, or related financial services environments
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage complex client situations calmly and professionally
Preferred Experience:
• Experience supporting Broker Dealer clients
• Exposure to RIA environments and brokerage account operations
• Knowledge of new account opening and account transfer processes
• Ability to work independently and learn new systems/processes quickly
• Stable work history preferred
