Now, we're looking for a hands-on Sales Manager who's ready to take ownership of a high-performing team and help scale our continued growth.
Job Description
What You'll Own
This isn't a sit-back-and-direct role-you'll be in the trenches, leading from the front.
  • Lead & Develop Talent: Manage, coach, and inspire a team of sales associates to consistently exceed targets
  • Drive Revenue: Execute high-volume outbound strategies and build strong client relationships
  • Build Winning Strategies: Set clear goals and implement scalable, results-driven sales processes
  • Create Accountability: Track performance, identify gaps, and elevate team output through coaching and feedback
  • Spot Opportunities: Identify new markets and grow strategic client partnerships
  • Own the Numbers: Analyze KPIs, forecasts, and pipeline health to guide decision-making
  • Represent AST: Be a visible leader at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
