Position Overview

As a Customer Support Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for borrowers, dealerships, credit unions, and internal stakeholders. You will resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, educate customers on products and systems, and work toward first-call resolution whenever possible.

The ideal candidate has a strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain professional while handling challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming customer calls promptly while maintaining service level expectations
  • Make outbound calls to borrowers, dealerships, and credit union partners
  • Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and follow up on unresolved issues
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and written communication
  • Build strong relationships with external partners and internal teams
  • Educate customers and business partners on systems, processes, and program requirements
  • Troubleshoot account, funding, and transaction-related issues
  • Manage assigned work queues and meet established service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Process customer requests and support operational functions as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records
  • Ensure all communications are professional, courteous, and compliant with company standards
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of call center customer service experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience focused on first-call resolution
  • Strong employment stability and demonstrated tenure in previous positions
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional, reliable, and dependable work ethic
  • Ability to remain calm and effective during difficult customer interactions
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Previous banking, lending, or financial services experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
