K&N Appliance Gallery is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This role serves as a vital link between our customers and operations, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service throughout the customer journey. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and committed to resolving customer needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication & Follow-Up

  • Conduct confirmation calls to verify order details, delivery dates, and customer availability
  • Perform follow-up customer service calls to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Serve as the dedicated phone line for all returns and service inquiries

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Assist in schedule and coordination of appliance installations with customers and Installation Manager
  • Assist in the management of appointment calendars to optimize efficiency and customer convenience
  • Communicate any scheduling changes or updates to relevant parties

Returns & Service Management

  • Assist in Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) in accordance with company policies
  • Handle service call requests, documenting issues and coordinating with service technicians
  • Assist Returns and Service Processor with tracking and follow up on open service requests and returns to ensure timely resolution
