Job description

Overview
Knowledge Services is currently seeking an Employer Advocate for a 6-month contract (potential for extension or contract to hire) with the State of Indiana Public Retirement System INPRS.
Work Location: 100% onsite in Downtown Indianapolis for the first 6-8 weeks of training, then will move to a hybrid work model
Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Responsibilities
INPRS administers 9 different retirement funds for nearly 500.000 members and 1,200 employers. This position supports the services and plan administration efforts provided to those customers.
Employer Advocate Primary responsibilities include -
• Review and process information submitted by the employer to ensure accuracy.
• Communication with customers via email with limited phone calls
• Processing of annual ER submissions such as certified salaries, payroll calendars and updating of approved employer contacts.
• Other duties as assigned to support the Advocate Teams in meeting service levels and customer satisfaction goals.

• Strong organizational skills
