The Impact You Will Make

Transform Lives Through Innovation As a Client Project Coordinator, you will provide administrative and operational support to the Client Project Management team for technology transfer and commercial manufacturing projects. You'll help maintain project documentation, coordinate meetings, track project milestones, and facilitate communication between internal cross-functional teams and external clients. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help ensure projects move forward efficiently while supporting exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Support Client Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of customer projects.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and client meetings.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, capture meeting minutes, and distribute action items.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure project files remain current.
  • Update project schedules, trackers, dashboards, and Gantt charts.
  • Monitor project timelines and communicate status updates to the project team.
  • Assist with preparation of governance presentations, business reviews, and customer communications.
  • Coordinate information between Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Technical Services, Finance, and other functional groups.
  • Track project deliverables and follow up on outstanding action items.
  • Escalate potential project delays or risks to the Client Project Manager.
  • Support performance reporting and project metrics.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 
  • Minimum of two (2) years of project coordination, project administration, customer service, or operations support experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting projects within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working within a CDMO or GMP environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and customer-facing projects.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work in an office environment.
  • Occasional travel between sites or customer meetings may be required.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods.
