Job description

We are looking for a Digital Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives in Rogers, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position focuses on keeping digital campaigns organized, on schedule, and aligned across digital advertising, paid social, and organic social media efforts. The ideal candidate will bring strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across teams to move projects from kickoff through completion.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day progress for digital marketing initiatives, ensuring work moves forward smoothly across advertising and social media channels.
• Build and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and follow up with stakeholders to keep deliverables on time.
• Partner with internal teams and external contributors to organize priorities, clarify next steps, and resolve timeline risks.
• Monitor campaign workflows for digital advertising, paid social, and organic social media to support timely execution.
• Prepare project updates, status summaries, and timeline reports to keep teams informed of progress and outstanding items.
• Help manage project documentation, approvals, and asset handoffs to improve consistency throughout the delivery process.
• Identify scheduling conflicts or process gaps early and recommend practical solutions to maintain momentum.
