Job Title Customer Care Representative Location Virginia Beach, VA, US Organization Name Customer Care Center Work Schedule and Other Information HRSD seeks (1) part-time energetic, flexible, and team-focused Customer Care Representative for the Contact Center. Normal business hours: Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM - 5:15 PM; Closed on holidays. Contact Center Representatives will work in-office for training and transition to work remotely from home thereafter. HRSD business needs are subject to change and will dictate the work location. Contact Center Representatives will handle daily phone, email, and chat interactions with customers to review accounts, payments, billing, and general customer service questions. Brief Description Under broad guidance, the Customer Care Representative is responsible for supporting the Contact Center by handling daily continuous phone, email, and chat interactions with customers to review accounts, payments, billing, and general customer inquiries.
