Job Title:Golf Outside OperationsDepartment:Athletics | Golf Course Pro Shop-JM

The Outside Operations staff's main job is knowledge, hospitality, and customer service. The outside operations staff is the first and last point of contact of members and guests of The Ohio State University Golf Club. It is of the upmost importance for the staff to make sure that they are always attentive to members and guests needs. The responsibility of the outside operations staff is to greet all patrons first, in a friendly and professional manner.

The outside operations staff is also in charge of the cleaning and refilling of all restroom supplies in the clubhouse. You will be required to vacuum the entire clubhouse area, take out the trash, and report any issues you encounter to the professional staff. You also may be required to do basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and unclogging toilets. Another area you will be responsible for cleaning is the team building. Outside Operations staff members will be required to be knowledgeable of all duties they are required to complete and if they have any questions they can ask a member of the professional staff. Outside Operations staff members are also required for picking up/cleaning balls and basic maintenance of the range.
