What You'll Do
In this role, you will help keep customer orders, shipments, item setup, and sales follow-up moving smoothly from start to finish. This position works closely with Customer Service, Sales, Warehouse, and other internal teams to make sure orders are entered correctly, shipments are moving on time, and customer requirements are clearly communicated.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Work closely with the Sales team to monitor customer orders, confirm order details, and help ensure orders are entered and processed accurately.
  • Partner with the Warehouse team to follow up on shipments, communicate priority orders, and make sure any special instructions or customization requirements are understood.
  • Maintain and update order, sales, and shipment tracking spreadsheets to monitor what has shipped, what is pending, and what needs follow-up.
  • Review orders that have not yet dropped to the warehouse and follow up with the appropriate teams to help resolve issues.
  • Complete new item setup forms in Excel and/or enter item information directly into customer portals.
  • Assist with customer portal maintenance, item setup, pricing updates, and other account-specific requirements.
  • Analyze sales, order activity, and shipment information to help identify trends, delays, or areas needing attention.
  • Provide backup support to the Customer Service team when needed, including order entry, follow-up, and customer communication.
  • Support E-Commerce tasks when applicable, including entering or updating items on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or other online marketplaces.
  • Use Excel regularly to organize data, track activity, analyze information, and provide updates to management and internal teams.
  • Be open to using AI tools and other technology to improve efficiency, reporting, communication, and daily processes.
Excel Requirement
  • Strong Excel skills are required for this position. Candidates should be comfortable working at an intermediate level or higher, including maintaining spreadsheets, sorting and filtering data, using formulas, reviewing reports, and analyzing sales or shipment information. Experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and basic data cleanup is strongly preferred.
