Job description

The purpose of this position is toempower data-driven strategic decision making by turning large datainto actionable insights.Partnering with our data,product,and marketing functions, this role will manage the analysis and vision for our multi-million-dollar loyalty / personalized customer marketing efforts.This position willbuild and manage the ability to target our guests with personalizedcommunicationsand offers and to analyze the performance of thoseoffers.They will alsobe responsible fora more holistic view of loyalty program performance and the analysis of broader offer initiatives.This role is integral in driving forward our investment in a proprietary personalization function to improve both the infrastructure and individual audience targeting over 200 million consumers and householdscontainingthousands of customer attributes.The position willleverageourindustryleading platforms toinfluence marketing strategy based onadvanced analytics and insights.

* This position is required onsite in Sandy Springs, GA 4 days per week, typically Monday through Thursday

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain customer performance reporting, dashboards, and automated analytics that track key customer metrics including acquisition, activation, retention, reactivation, churn, frequency, engagement, and customer lifetime value.

Analyze customer, loyalty, offer, and transaction data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks that inform marketing, product, and digital growth strategies.

Drive the measurement and analysis of loyalty, personalization, and customer marketing initiatives across Inspire Brands, translating large-scale customer data into actionable business recommendations.

Evaluate test-and-learn initiatives, including test/control methodologies and incrementality measurement, to assess the effectiveness of offers, campaigns,

and customer experiences.

Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and compelling manner through presentations, dashboards, and stakeholder-ready recommendations.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum:4 yr degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Operations Research,Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, QuantitativeEconomicsorother relevant disciplinerequired

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of data analysis experience using SQL, R, python, and / or other advanced statistical techniques

2+ years of reporting and dashboarding experience using Tableau, Power BI, and / or other visualization software

1+years of experiencewith marketinganalyticsand/orcustomer analytics (loyalty and lifecycle concepts). Experience working withmarketing analyticsand/orcustomer analytics in hospitality, travel, retail, or consulting environments

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE,SKILLSor ABILITIES

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to leverage data to structure ambiguous business questions, identify root causes, and develop actionable recommendations

Advanced SQL & Excel skills

Conscientious about meeting project deadlines

Personal integrity, humility, an appreciation for the power of true teamwork, and a sense of humor
