Position Summary
TradePending is seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Senior Analyst, Revenue Strategy & Analytics to support decision-making across our revenue organization.
This role will focus on analyzing data across Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to identify trends, uncover insights, and recommend actions that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. You will work closely with Revenue Operations, Finance, and leadership to answer key business questions and support strategic initiatives.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working with data but is equally focused on translating that data into clear, actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights
  • Analyze data across pipeline, bookings, churn, expansion, and product adoption to identify trends and key drivers of performance
  • Investigate business questions such as changes in conversion rates, churn, pricing effectiveness, and sales performance
  • Develop clear, actionable insights and recommendations for leadership

Business Problem Solving
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and leadership to evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support pricing, packaging, and go-to-market decisions through data-driven analysis
  • Build models and analyses to evaluate trade-offs and potential business outcomes

Reporting & Visualization
  • Leverage Salesforce and other systems to extract and analyze data
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure accurate and consistent reporting
  • Build and maintain analytical models and ad hoc reporting as needed

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Revenue Operations, Finance, and leadership to align on metrics, definitions, and insights
  • Support forecasting and planning processes with data validation and analysis
  • Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements
Required:
  • 3-6 years of experience in analytics, business operations, strategy, or similar analytical role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Advanced Excel skills (modeling, analysis, data manipulation)
  • Experience working with data from systems such as Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred:
  • Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
  • Experience analyzing sales funnels, pricing, or customer behavior
  • Basic understanding of revenue operations and forecasting
