If you enjoy conversation, building relationships, and closing sales while delivering exceptional service, this is a great opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Guest Experience:
  • Welcome guests and create an upbeat, high-energy first impression.
  • Ask thoughtful questions to understand guest needs and recommend services, upgrades, and products that best support their wellness goals.
  • Convert guests into MassageLuXe members by presenting the value of our membership program.
  • Confidently discuss pricing, services, and membership options.
  • Follow up with potential members and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Promote retail products that support the guest’s wellness plan.
Client Service:
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out efficiently.
  • Provide five-star service to all members and guests.
  • Address questions or concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Help create a welcoming and relaxing spa environment.
Operations:
  • Process payments and manage cash register transactions accurately.
  • Assist with inventory and product stocking.
  • Maintain spa cleanliness and organization.
  • Follow all MassageLuXe policies and procedures.
