Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr)

The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr). The Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, through face-to-face interaction. The CAR Sr will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide rental back-up, service customers and deliver administrative support in home city branches or airport locations.

Opening available at the following branch location:

  • 197 NH-10 Croydon, NH 03773

This is a full time position with a starting rate of pay $16.50 / hour based on a 40 hour work week.

Schedule available:

  • Sunday: OFF
  • Monday: 8am-5pm: 1 hour break
  • Tuesday: 8am-5pm: 1 hour break
  • Wednesday: 8am-5pm: 1 hour break
  • Thursday: 8am-5pm: 1 hour break
  • Friday: 8am-5pm: 1 hour break
  • Saturday: OFF

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Some college preferred
  • Must have at least 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience
  • Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
