Customer Account Coordinator

 

Parksite, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking an experienced Customer Account Coordinator. The Customer Account Coordinator plays a critical support-focused role by providing administrative, operational, and sales support to internal teams and external customers. This position helps ensure efficient sales processes, accurate data management, timely issue resolution, and seamless coordination across sales, customer service, operations, and logistics functions. The role is heavily centered on operational support, customer service, process accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

Primary Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders & quotes and sales support requests accurately and promptly.
  • Assist with sample ordering and coordination of customer sample requests.
  • Prepare and ship product samples to customers and sales representatives.
  • Support assigned customer accounts with routine administrative tasks.
  • Assist with creating, updating, and distributing customer price pages and sales-related documents.
  • Update customer information, activities, and follow-up items within Salesforce and other company systems.
  • Retrieve, organize, and maintain proof-of-delivery (POD) and customer documentation.
  • Serve as backup support for customer claims, returns, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate information between sales, warehouse, and operations teams.
  • Respond to routine customer inquiries and direct more complex issues to the appropriate team member.
  • Answer and route incoming telephone calls professionally.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and physical records.
  • Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
