In this role, you'll manage and support a book of personal lines business while partnering with carriers and internal team members to deliver a seamless client experience. You'll help guide clients through policy changes, coverage questions, claims-related concerns, and renewal conversations while maintaining accurate account records and building long-term relationships.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Manage and service a book of personal lines accounts, ensuring clients receive timely, accurate, and professional support.
  • Market new and renewal business to secure competitive coverage solutions that align with client needs and risk profiles.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage, premiums, endorsements, policy changes, and account activity.
  • Coordinate with carriers, adjusters, and clients to facilitate claims communication and support a positive claims experience.
  • Review policies, endorsements, certificates, and related documents for accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
  • Maintain detailed account documentation and collaborate with internal team members to support client retention and satisfaction.
