Description:

Star Custom Millwork, a leading provider of high-quality custom millwork, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Millwork Assembler/Operator to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for woodworking, attention to detail, and a desire to work in a collaborative environment, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.


The ideal candidate is a team player who is detail oriented with a strong desire to learn and succeed. This self-started will be ready to jump into the daily millwork processes with a commitment to look for ways to become more efficient. Our millwork crew is critical function in the business.


Responsibilities Include

· Assist in the fabrication of custom millwork projects to complete daily trim production

· Assist in machinery set up and troubleshooting

· Staging lumber for production

· Assist in the preparation and organization of materials

· Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices

· Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet established standards

· Assist in the loading and unloading of materials

Requirements:

· Mechanical skills or experience working with machinery

· Knowledge of woodworking, lumber, building materials

· Permanent authorization to work in the United States

· 18 Years or older

· Reliable transportation

· Working hours could be between 7:00am-4:00pm Monday – Friday

· Demonstrated ability to use a tape measure

· Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively/100 lbs. in a team lift

· Follow all PPE requirements

· Overtime as needed
