We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Custom Cabinet Builder to join our dynamic team. As a Custom Cabinet Builder, you will play a crucial role in the fabrication and assembly of custom millwork products. Your expertise will be vital in reading blueprints, cutting and polishing quartz, and laminating plywood panels to create high-quality and visually stunning finished products. The Custom Cabinet Builder position is a first-shift position.

Responsibilities:

  1. Read Blueprints: Interpret and analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand the required dimensions, materials, and assembly processes for various millwork projects.
  2. Cut and Polish Quartz: Utilize precision tools and machinery to accurately cut and shape quartz materials according to design specifications. Ensuring smooth edges and impeccable finishing for a polished final product.
  3. Laminate Plywood Panels: Skillfully apply laminates and veneers to plywood panels, adhering to quality standards and design requirements to achieve the desired aesthetic and durability.
  4. Fabrication and Assembly: Assemble and construct millwork components using appropriate techniques, ensuring accuracy, stability, and structural integrity in the final product.
