Cabinet Builder & Installer — Custom Woodworking & Home Theaters 
Location: Boca Raton, FL | Pay: $28–$38/hour (DOE) | Full-Time | In-Person 
We’re Nordic Group — a fourth-generation, family-owned business in Boca Raton specializing in custom woodworking and high-end home theaters. Our work is detail-driven, design-focused, and built to last.
We’re looking for a Cabinet Builder & Installer with solid experience in woodworking and cabinetry. If you’re reliable, skilled, and take pride in quality work, this could be the right fit.
What You’ll Do: 
  • Build and install custom cabinetry and millwork from start to finish.
  • Build and install high-end home theaters
  • Read blueprints, follow specs, and ensure everything’s built to the highest standards.
  • Stay organized and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Keep your workspace clean and organized.
  • Collaborate with a tight-knit team to keep projects moving smoothly.
  • Work in our Boca workshop and on job sites.
What We’re Looking For: 
  • Solid experience in cabinetry, woodworking, or finish carpentry.
  • Clean, high-quality craftsmanship with strong attention to detail.
  • Confidence working with tools, materials, and wood products.
  • Ability to read blueprints and problem-solve on the fly.
  • Reliable, focused, and able to work efficiently also under pressure.
  • Valid driver’s license.
