About the Role:
Beams Custom Woodworking & Cabinetry in Morgantown, PA is looking for a talented Architectural Millwork Project Manager to join our growing team. If you have a passion for fine craftsmanship and the drive to lead complex millwork projects from concept to completion, this is the opportunity for you. Responsibilities:
  • Manage architectural millwork projects from initial scope through final installation, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to align project specifications and expectations
  • Review shop drawings, blueprints, and millwork specifications for accuracy and constructability
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
  • Oversee production workflow in collaboration with shop foremen and craftsmen
  • Conduct site visits to assess field conditions and ensure quality of millwork installations
  • Manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of project management experience in architectural millwork, cabinetry, or finish carpentry
