Job description

Now Hiring: Home Remodeling Technician
MWGP, LLC – Bluff City, TN / Tri-Cities Area

MWGP, LLC is looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to join our remodeling team. We own and manage multiple residential properties throughout the Tri-Cities area and are actively renovating homes before they are rented. If you enjoy transforming properties, take pride in quality work, and can work independently without constant supervision, we'd love to hear from you.

Position Details

  • Pay: $17–$23 per hour (based on experience and skill level)
  • Hours: 30–40 hours per week
  • Pay Schedule: Weekly pay every Friday
  • Current Project: Bluff City, TN
  • Future Opportunities: Additional projects available after completion of the current renovation

Responsibilities

  • Drywall installation, repair, and finishing
  • Interior and exterior painting
  • Trim and finish carpentry
  • Window and door installation
  • Flooring installation (LVP, laminate, tile, etc.)
  • Vanity, sink, toilet, and basic plumbing fixture installation
  • General remodeling and property improvement work
  • Demolition and job site preparation as needed
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

  • Experience with residential remodeling preferred
  • Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant oversight
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift materials and perform physical labor
  • Basic tools are a plus, but not required for all applicants
