Job description

Western Building Corporation located in Littleton, Colorado is seeking to hire experienced lead carpenters, who have experience running small to large remodel projects from the field, start to punch list. We are looking for self-motivated individuals that can schedule subs, order material accurately, and turn over a high-quality project.

Lead Carpenter Core Responsibilities & Qualifications

- You will be the face of the company and be expected to provide a high level of customer service, interacting with our clients.

- This is a hands-on position. You will be asked to build run our projects from start to finish.

- Be constantly aware of the safety of our clients and staff.

- The best candidates will have carpentry skills from rough frame to finish, tile setting experience, and understanding of the role of our sub-contractors, and be able to perform light plumbing and electrical.

- Possess an understanding of current building codes and be able to work with building officials.

- Be able to read and understand blueprints.

- 5+ years’ experience running jobs start to finish.

- Own your own hand and power tools.

- Must have reliable truck.
