Remodeling Sales Consultant (Project Consultant)
Coors Remodeling, Inc. – Lafayette, IN (47905)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Limited Weekends)

About the Role

Coors Remodeling is looking for a Remodeling Sales Consultant to help homeowners bring their projects to life-from initial consultation through closing the sale.

This is a client-facing role where you'll:

  • Meet with homeowners and assess project needs
  • Take measurements and build project estimates
  • Present solutions and proposals
  • Close sales and guide clients through the remodeling process

You'll also participate in home shows and events to help generate new leads.

Schedule
  • Monday–Friday schedule
  • Limited weekend work (as needed for events or appointments)
  • Mix of in-home client meetings and in-field work
What You'll Need
  • Experience in residential construction or remodeling sales
  • Knowledge of:
    • Siding, windows, doors, roofing
    • Kitchens, bathrooms, decks, patios
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to use technology for estimates and proposals
  • Self-motivated and comfortable closing sales
