Aelott is looking for a trustworthy residential remodel and light construction Plumber with experience. Aelott has been in business since 1963. Position Summary: As a  plumber at Aelott, you'll be more than a technician — you’ll be a leader, problem solver, and customer care expert. You’ll take charge of residential plumbing jobs, and ensure every job is completed to the high standards our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances.
  • Be the on-site point of contact for customers, delivering clear communication and outstanding service.
  • Organize your day efficiently, including tools, materials, and scheduling.
  • Identify complex plumbing issues and develop reliable, cost-effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and company procedures.
  • Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and well-maintained.
  • Accurately document work is performed, and parts are used in our system.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with Service Titan or similar field service software is a plus.
  • High school diploma or GED (trade school or plumbing program preferred).
  • Valid state plumbing license (Journeyman or Master, depending on local requirements).
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on residential service plumbing experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated and organized — able to manage multiple jobs in a day.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
