Schedule: Full-time - Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM-3:30 PM; Friday 6:00 AM-12:00 PM
Work Environment: In-person only

MW Millworks is a locally owned custom millwork manufacturer specializing in high-end, architecturally accurate millwork for both new construction and impact-rated projects, with approximately 30% of our work dedicated to historic restoration. Located in North Charleston, we partner with builders, architects, and designers to produce premium-quality doors, windows, mouldings, shutters, and custom elements. Our team combines craftsmanship with precision tooling to deliver projects that enhance Charleston’s architectural landscape—whether preserving history or creating something entirely new.

The Opportunity
We’re seeking a CNC Operator experienced in woodworking to help produce high-
quality components for our custom millwork projects. You’ll work with advanced CNC
machinery to bring detailed CAD designs to life.

What You’ll Do
ï‚· Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines for wood-based production.
ï‚· Ensure accuracy in dimensions using measuring tools.
ï‚· Follow CAD drawings to produce precise parts.
ï‚· Perform quality checks on all completed work.
ï‚· Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines.
