Job Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Delivery Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Dallas, TX. This hands-on role is ideal for a reliable, hardworking candidate who enjoys physical work, takes pride in quality, and wants to be part of a supportive team in the custom millwork and construction industry.
The Bilingual Delivery Technician will assist with the safe delivery and installation support of cabinets, doors, trim, countertops, and other finished wood products at commercial construction sites. This is a great opportunity for someone who values steady work, on-the-job training, strong teamwork, and a company environment focused on safety, quality, and dependable customer service.
Candidates who succeed in this role are punctual, safety-minded, physically capable, and comfortable working in both warehouse and job site environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the delivery driver with loading, unloading, and transporting custom millwork products safely and efficiently.
- Carry, place, and handle cabinets, doors, trim, countertops, and finished wood products at job sites while preventing damage.
- Secure loads before transport and follow safe lifting practices and company safety procedures.
- Inspect products before loading and report any damage, shortages, or discrepancies.
- Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, delivery team members, and warehouse coworkers.
- Assist in the warehouse with general support duties when deliveries are complete.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $16 to $20 per hour, based on experience.
- Job Type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
- Overtime: Occasional weekends and extra hours as needed.
- Weekly pay.
