The Industrial Sander plays a critical role in preparing surfaces and ensuring high-quality finishes in a manufacturing or workshop setting. Working within a small team of 1-3 workers and reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role involves fixed daily tasks focusing on equipment operation, quality control, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. No travel is required for this position.
