Job description

Job Title: Pressure Washer
Location: Waco, TX

Pay: $17-$18.00/hr DOE

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM (overtime as needed)

Position Overview: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Pressure Washer to join our team in Waco, TX. This position will involve cleaning products and equipment using pressure washing tools, along with assisting in sanding, grinding, and preparing materials for painting. This is a full-time, temp- to-hire opportunity with a stable Monday through Friday schedule.

Responsibilities:
• Perform pressure washing of metal and industrial products to remove dirt, residue, and debris
• Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist in sanding and grinding surfaces to prepare for paint application
• Support the paint prep team as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety and quality standards

Requirements:
• Previous experience in pressure washing, sanding, grinding, or paint prep is a plus • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment • Willingness to cross-train and assist in various shop duties • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
