ABOUT THE ROLE

Clean and prepare stripping hardware to ensure safe, efficient panel removal. Remove concrete panels from the production area using the safest and most efficient methods available. Ensure all nails are removed from the wood forms and that all debris is cleaned from each panel after the stripping process.

** Night Shift starts at 2am**

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Verify rails, bullheads, and kickers are removed before stripping the panel
  • Ensure all nails are removed from the mold materials
  • Smooth concrete edges with a hand stone prior to stripping the panel
  • Inspect all rigging before use
  • Help clean the production area after the stripping process
  • Assist in preparing panels for final finishing in the yard
  • Support special projects as assigned by the supervisor
  • Complete all assigned tasks safely and efficiently

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a hands-on, safety-driven individual who takes pride in keeping work areas clean and operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-focused, and able to follow directions while working efficiently with a team. This person brings a strong work ethic, stays proactive, and isn’t afraid of physical work.

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
  • Self-starter with a high level of motivation
  • Ability to follow directions with minimal supervision
  • Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and strong manual dexterity with problem-solving skills

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 75 lbs occasionally and frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, twisting, squatting, crawling, and repetitive hand/arm use
  • Capable of standing, walking, and moving throughout the facility for extended shifts of up to 12 hours
  • Comfortable working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, swing stages, and man lifts frequently
  • Ability to work safely in a production or field environment with moderate to high exposure to safety risks and hazards
  • Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions, including wet, hot, humid, and cold weather, and outdoors (Depending on location)
  • Ability to wear all required PPE, including but not limited to safety boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, high visibility vest, hard hat, and other PPE as required by the task, department, or work area.
