What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead and coordinate aggregate stripping activities to support safe and efficient mining operations.
  • Supervise and support an internal stripping crew, ensuring work meets safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Monitor site conditions, identify operational needs, and adjust plans to maintain productivity.
  • Collaborate with plant, mining, and environmental teams to align stripping work with production goals.
  • Maintain accurate records, inspections, and documentation to support compliance and operational planning.

Work Environment
This position primarily supports our North Georgia operations and includes regular on-site work in an outdoor mining environment. The role involves navigating uneven terrain, working around heavy equipment, and adapting to varying weather conditions. Personal protective equipment is required, and the role includes consistent field presence to support stripping activities.
