Warehouse Associate - Jack Laurie Group
Pay: $20-$23 per hour (based on experience)
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Northwest Side)
Job Summary:
Jack Laurie Group is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support our commercial warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy and organization, and wants to be part of a strong, growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick, pull, and stage materials for job sites
  • Receive deliveries and organize warehouse inventory
  • Load and unload materials using forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
  • Assist with occasional local material deliveries
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Requirements:
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must have a fairly clean background
  • Forklift experience required (certification preferred but not mandatory)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule:
  • Full-time, Monday-Friday
  • 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM (some flexibility required)
  • 40+ hours per week
