You’ll often collaborate closely with design engineers, quality inspectors, and other fabricators to meet production goals and maintain quality standards. The work environment can vary from small fabrication shops to large manufacturing facilities, but safety protocols and teamwork are always emphasized. Regularly, you might also participate in maintaining equipment and troubleshooting production issues to keep projects on track.

What is the highest paid manufacturing job?
