We are seeking a motivated and skilled Service Technician near the Atlanta area to support our growing operations and ensure the reliable performance of customer equipment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, energetic, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment, while delivering high-quality service to customers and internal team members. This role plays a key part in upholding company values and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Must be located in or near the Atlanta area and within a 1-hour drive of a major airport (ATL)
  • Ability to travel 100% - Monday through Friday, year-round
  • Must be able to obtain a U.S. Passport; some international travel may be required
  • Comfortable working in a variety of work environments
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems related to sheet metal fabrication equipment
  • Provide effective technical assistance, including repair and warranty support for in-field equipment
  • Deliver phone-based technical support to customers through the in-house Help Desk
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Read and interpret diagrams, schematics, operation manuals, and manufacturer specifications for installations and repairs
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, precision measuring devices, and electronic/electrical testing instruments
  • Execute equipment installations and provide training to customers during the installation process
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to support organizational growth
  • Assist with additional service-related projects and tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in mechanical, electrical, or industrial service work preferred
  • Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to work independently while effectively managing tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Mechanical and electrical experience preferred
  • Roll forming experience preferred
