The Experience You'll Create:
The Field Service Technician will be responsible for transport, installation (if applicable), and maintaining equipment, replacement parts, tools, and micro market and office coffee equipment in an organized and structured manner. The Field Service Technician is responsible for in field rebuilding of vending, micro market, and office coffee equipment.
  • Responsible for repairing and installing vending, office coffee, and micro market equipment to promote continuous operation of the machines.
  • Transports equipment, installs replacement parts, and performs repairs using tools and other vending equipment at various accounts/locations throughout the region using a company vehicle.
  • Troubleshoot to restore malfunctioning machine to working order in the field.
  • May include swapping failed equipment, cleaning, preventative maintenance, and minor adjusting of the malfunctioning component of the machine.
  • Communicate professionally with dispatchers and clients.
  • Will run electrical wire and plumbing tubes as needed.
  • Responds promptly to customer needs/requests with the goal of ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Supports a service-oriented environment that leads others to improve their service actions.
  • Maintains positive and enthusiastic attitude with co-workers and customers.
  • Follows through with action when a customer makes a special request or asks questions.
  • Continuously seeks to exceed customer expectations and anticipates their needs ahead of time.
  • Additional projects and assignments as needed.

Ingredients for Thriving:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience repairing vending, coffee, or small machines.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, or electronics
  • Valid, clean driver's license (Chauffeur's License may be required - MI only)
  • Ability to pass Department of Transportation (DOT) physical (MI, IN, PA, and NY only)

Location(s) & Logistics:
  • Ability to lift 75-100 pounds.
  • Perform physical tasks such as standing, climbing, crouching, bending, kneeling, and twisting.
  • Comfortable working and driving in various environments and weather conditions.
