Job Overview:

Pay Range: $70hr - $75hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 10+ years in CRM/enterprise applications.
  • 4+ years with Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Strong product knowledge in MS Dynamics CRM.
  • Experience in Sales, Customer Relation, and Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Define solution architecture across CE modules: Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service, and/or Customer Insights.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical and functional designs, using standard features first and judicious use of customizations.
  • Lead fit-gap analysis, design workshops, and proof-of-concepts with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Architect CE platform solutions, including entity models, workflows, security models, and user experience.
  • Design and oversee integrations with external systems using Azure services/middleware.
  • Drive use of Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to extend CRM capabilities.
  • Govern solution quality through design reviews, documentation, and alignment with Microsoft standards.
  • Provide technical consultation for active projects and contribute to presales and sales efforts.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Portals, Virtual Agents, and AI-driven tools.
  • Familiarity with Azure services for integration, authentication, and application lifecycle.

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Education and Experience:

  • Prior UST experience is a plus.
