Job Title: Cleaning Technician
Employment Type: Part-time / 25 hours per week
This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $300, disbursed according to the following schedule: an initial installment after 30 days of employment, a second installment after 3 months, and the remaining balance after 6 months.
Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Part Time Cleaning Technician to join our team at CRM Residential. The Cleaning Technician will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning our properties to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment for our tenants and visitors. The successful candidate will possess excellent time-management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for cleanliness. Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain common areas, lobbies, elevators, stairways, and other areas of the property according to established cleaning procedures.
• Perform regular cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas as required.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Assist with move-in and move-out cleaning and inspections.
• Notify management of any maintenance or cleaning issues that require attention.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
